– Portable Premium Medical Beauty
This design for a portable LDM-series medical and aesthetic handpiece aims to satisfy both the reliability of professional equipment and the emotional perfection of home-care devices. The overall form is based on a slim cylindrical silhouette, maximizing portability and storage efficiency while providing a stable, natural grip during use.
The rose gold metal caps at the top and bottom clearly define the visual center of gravity and enhance the product’s quality as an aesthetic object when placed upright. This is not merely a decorative element but a core design language that intuitively conveys the trust, luxury, and precision required of premium anti-aging devices. The body color strategy, centered on the contrast between dark gray and white, allows the dark-toned model to project professional stability based on medical equipment, while the white-toned model forms a clean and sophisticated impression suitable for home beauty environments. This approach is a strategic design that considers market segmentation and lineup expansion within a single design platform.
The front features a vertical UI layout, with buttons and the display naturally positioned to follow the movement of the thumb. The teardrop-shaped button icons allow for intuitive functional recognition and create a user-friendly image by easing the tension typical of medical devices. At the bottom, the LED indicator ring clearly communicates the operating status while serving as a visual point symbolizing technical perfection. Collectively, this design is the result of balancing medical-grade reliability, premium beauty device sensibility, and ergonomic form optimized for portable products. It demonstrates high design maturity as a portable medical beauty object that extends professional procedural experiences into daily life.
