■ Design Concept
– Human-Centric Rehabilitation
This device was developed with Reliability and Safety in Lower Limb Rehabilitation as the top priority. The entire structure is designed based on Functional Transparency, allowing medical staff and users to intuitively perceive the mechanical operation range and movement mechanisms.
The twin link arm structure implements a Precision Motion Mechanism for accurate angle adjustments, with joints and rails engineered for high rigidity and low friction. Considering Safety Support Geometry, all contact points and adjustment units feature rounded corners and smooth surface divisions to minimize patient anxiety during physical contact.
The seating and footplates are designed using a Human-Centric Rehabilitation approach, ensuring patients of various body types can exercise in a stable posture. Furthermore, the Soft Medical Tone of the color palette reduces visual burden and provides psychological comfort suitable for rehabilitation environments. The base features a Stable Base Architecture to minimize vibrations during operation, while the remote-style interface applies Intuitive Adjustment principles for a simplified UI accessible to both patients and staff.
